When you place an order — whether through the Choose Your Own form or directly on WhatsApp — we collect your name, phone number, and delivery address. That's the same information you'd give any shop you're buying from in person, and nothing more.
We use this information only to confirm, prepare, and deliver your order — nothing else. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, and we don't use it for anything beyond fulfilling what you ordered.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site — which pages get attention, where people click — so we can improve it. Once added, we'll also use Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform. Neither tool is used to identify you personally.
All orders are cash on delivery. Nothing is charged upfront — you pay the courier in cash when your poster is handed to you at your door.
Every poster is made to order — nothing is printed or framed until you order it. We deliver across Egypt. Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia): within 2 days. Other governorates: 2 to 5 days at most.
If your poster arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't the design you ordered, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement, including free return shipping. For all other return requests, return shipping is covered by the customer.
