- How do I actually order?
- Pick a design from a collection, choose a size, and tap Order via WhatsApp — it opens a chat with the details already filled in. We'll confirm price and delivery from there.
- What size are the posters?
- 20×30 cm (about 8×12 in), framed with acrylic instead of glass — a compact size that suits a desk, shelf, or a spot in a gallery wall. It's currently our only size, so what you see is what you get.
- What does 'made to order' mean for delivery time?
- We don't keep printed stock — every poster is printed and framed only after you order, not before. That keeps quality consistent, but it also means delivery time depends on the current queue rather than a fixed countdown. We'll give you a realistic estimate on WhatsApp once you order.
- Where do you deliver?
- We deliver across Egypt, all 27 governorates. Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia): within 2 days. Other governorates: 2 to 5 days at most.
- How does cash on delivery work?
- Nothing is charged upfront. You pay the courier in cash when the poster is handed to you at your door — if you don't love it, you're not out any money before that point.
- What if it arrives damaged?
- If your poster arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't the design you ordered, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement, including free return shipping. For all other cases, return shipping is covered by the customer.
- Can I ask for something not on the site yet?
- Yes — that's what Choose Your Own is for. Send us the idea and we'll put a design together before you commit to anything.
